ruler;
any coloring materials (optional)
Instructions / Activity Guide:
This activity helps you document the process of creating your radio drama by identifying the steps you performed in each stage of production: Pre-production, Production, and Post-production.
Step 1: Prepare Your Paper
Using a ruler, draw a table with three columns.
Label the columns as follows:
Pre-Production
Production
Post-Production
Step 2: Write the Process Descriptions
Pre-Production – Conceptualizing ideas, sketching, gathering materials, and outlining steps.
Production – Executing the artwork using chosen techniques and materials.
Post-Production – Refining, editing, presenting, and documenting the artwork for display or archive.
Step 3: Fill in Your Actual Work Process
Under each column, list the specific steps your group performed during your radio drama project. Write in bullet form or short phrases.
Guide Questions:
Pre-Production:
How did you plan your story or concept?
Did you create a script or outline?
What materials or tools did you prepare?
Production:
How did you record the audio?
Who performed the voice acting?
What techniques or tools did you use?
Post-Production:
How did you edit the audio?
Did you add sound effects or music?
How did you finalize and present your output?
Step 4: Organize and Design
Make sure your table is neat and readable. Use bullet points for clarity. Highlight each stage clearly. Keep your answers specific and based on your actual experience.
Sample (Short Example):

Focus on your actual process, not just definitions.
Enjoy!
