Students are reminded to follow the prescribed formats and submit all requirements on or before the indicated date.
STUDENT'S GUIDE
The instructor of this course is providing the ready-made blank templates exclusively for bona fide students of De La Salle Andres Soriano Memorial College (DLSASMC). These templates are designed to:
Help students focus more on content, creativity, and critical thinking, rather than layout, margins, or formatting
Ensure uniformity, organization, and consistency across all submissions
Support efficient and structured completion of course requirements
Important Notes:
The templates are not intended for profit and are provided purely for academic convenience.
Templates may be acquired individually at Php 2 per page, or as a complete set.
Each student will receive 30 + 1 templates for a consolidated amount of Php 50.00, covering printing and organizational convenience only.
Each student will receive the customized cover page during the submission week of the portfolio. It will be inserted in the first page of the prescribed clear book.
Photocopying of the template is not recommended, but not prohibited.
Manual margins and layouts are permitted when there is permission from the instructor.
For clarifications or additional concerns, students may personally visit the author of this website at theย 2nd Floor, ICT Office โ Junior High School Area.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
2nd Semester, School Year 2025โ2026
The following requirements constitute the entire assessment framework for the semester:
Preliminary Examination โ Shading-based exam
Midterm Examination โ Shading-based exam
Semi-Finals โ Live performances and other presentations
Finals โ Runway show or exhibit
Portfolio โ Compilation of all completed templates
Final Output: Black or white clear book containing all official templates

This Art Appreciation website was developed in 2023 as a dedicated academic platform for DLSASMC students, with the goal of making all course-related tasks, templates, and information accessible, organized, and easy to locate throughout the semester.
